Terms and Conditions

These terms set the practical rules for using Chanjify. Use the service lawfully, keep your source files, verify every result, and obtain professional review when an error could have serious consequences.

Last updated: August 28, 2026. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to Chanjify.com, including its pages, file tools, first-party routes, translation, guides, and downloads. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not process a file.

Who may use the service

You may use Chanjify only if you can form a binding agreement or an authorized parent, guardian, employer, school, or organization permits the use. If you act for an organization, you confirm your authority and “you” includes that organization where appropriate. The service is not designed for unsupervised use by a child who cannot lawfully consent.

What Chanjify provides

Chanjify provides image conversion and compression, PDF operations, spreadsheet and data conversion, document and text conversion, visible signature placement, and related workflows. Some tools operate in browser memory. Image processing and certain office compression tasks use first-party routes. Tool pages describe inputs, outputs, limits, and processing engines.

The service is a utility, not a permanent file host, document-management system, regulated archive, identity-verification provider, certificate authority, professional editing service, or guaranteed disaster-recovery system. A successful progress message or download means that the application produced a result; it does not establish that the result is suitable for every downstream use.

Permission to use Chanjify

Subject to these Terms, Chanjify gives you limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to access the public service for lawful file work. This does not transfer ownership of the website, source code, design, guides, branding, or tool catalog. Automated access must be reasonable and must not degrade service or ignore technical controls.

Your files, rights, and instructions

You keep whatever rights you already hold in a source file and generated result. You confirm that you own the file or have sufficient permission to process it, and that your requested operation does not violate intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, employment, contractual, court, regulatory, or security obligations. Do not submit a file merely because you possess a copy if you are not authorized to alter, convert, compare, sign, or disclose it.

You give Chanjify only the limited technical permission necessary to receive, validate, process, and return a file when a tool uses a first-party server route. Browser-local tools process the file on your device. Chanjify does not gain ownership of your content through that operation. You are responsible for the options you select, the filename you download, and the people or systems with whom you later share the result.

Acceptable and prohibited use

You may use the service for ordinary lawful tasks such as preparing compatible images, restructuring a PDF you control, converting authorized data, or reducing a file for an upload limit. You must not use Chanjify to infringe copyright or other rights; expose confidential information without authority; forge identity or authorization; facilitate fraud, harassment, exploitation, malware, or unlawful surveillance; evade access controls; or create material whose possession or distribution is illegal.

You must not probe unrelated systems, send malicious or deliberately malformed payloads, bypass file-size or rate limits, interfere with another user, overwhelm infrastructure, scrape the site in a disruptive manner, falsely imply endorsement, or reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where applicable law expressly permits it. Security research should be conducted only with prior authorization and a scope that prevents harm.

Backups and output verification

Keep the original file and a separate backup until the result has been opened, inspected, and accepted by the software, device, printer, website, recipient, or archive that will use it. Conversion can change layout, fonts, formulas, metadata, transparency, color profiles, page boxes, compression artifacts, links, accessibility information, macros, signatures, or compatibility because source and destination formats do not have identical capabilities.

You are responsible for a reasonable quality check. Compare important pages, totals, formulas, visible signatures, image dimensions, text, links, and metadata. Do not overwrite the only copy of a source file with a generated result. If a tool reports an unsupported feature, validation failure, or already-optimized outcome, do not rename the extension or treat the message as proof that another conversion occurred.

High-consequence and professional workflows

Do not rely on Chanjify as the sole review step for legal filings, contracts, regulated records, medical information, tax or financial reports, accessibility conformance, evidence, safety documentation, production print, long-term archives, or any task where an error could cause significant harm. Obtain a qualified professional, approved enterprise system, or format specialist when the context requires one.

Using a guide, comparison tool, signature appearance, spreadsheet converter, or disclaimer does not create a lawyer-client, accountant-client, clinician-patient, fiduciary, certification, or compliance relationship. Information on the site is general product guidance, not advice tailored to your facts or jurisdiction.

Electronic signatures, comparison, and redaction limits

Sign PDF places a visible electronic signature appearance. It does not issue a certificate-backed digital signature, authenticate a signer, preserve a qualified timestamp, or determine enforceability. Compare PDF identifies rendered pixel differences and does not determine semantic equality, contractual meaning, plagiarism, or legal significance. Cropping hides content outside a visible page box but is not secure redaction; hidden or recoverable information may remain in the file.

Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains browser and first-party server processing, ordinary technical logs, Google Translate, contact email, and privacy choices. The Cookies Policy describes the current googtrans functional preference and the absence of Chanjify advertising or analytics cookies in the present implementation. Those policies form part of the information provided with these Terms.

Third-party services and links

The translation menu uses Google Translate, and the footer links to Chanjify profiles on YouTube and Facebook. External providers operate under their own terms, privacy notices, availability, security practices, and regional restrictions. A link does not mean Chanjify controls or endorses everything at the destination. You choose whether to use the translation feature or leave the site through an external link.

Intellectual property and feedback

Chanjify’s branding, interface, original written material, selection and arrangement of tools, and protected software elements belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party open-source libraries remain subject to their own licenses. You may link to public pages and use generated outputs according to the rights in your source material, but you may not copy the site wholesale, remove notices, or present Chanjify as your own service.

If you send feedback, you permit Chanjify to use the idea to maintain or improve the service without an obligation to pay you, provided this does not transfer ownership of your confidential file or personal information. Do not submit an idea under a confidentiality expectation unless a separate written agreement applies.

Availability, changes, and suspension

Browsers, formats, dependencies, hosting, and security requirements change. Chanjify may modify, limit, suspend, or remove a page, option, guide, or processing route. Access may be restricted for security, law, misuse, maintenance, or reliability. These Terms do not create an uptime, support-response, feature-retention, or recovery commitment.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every file, or fit for a particular purpose. The detailed Disclaimer explains important technical limits. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chanjify and those involved in providing it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for lost data, profit, opportunity, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use, inability to use, an incompatible result, or reliance on an unverified output. Any limitation applies only as far as the law in your location allows it.

Responsibility for claims

Where permitted by law, you are responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful content, violation of another person’s rights, malicious use, or material breach of these Terms. This provision is not intended to make a consumer responsible for Chanjify’s own unlawful conduct or to remove non-waivable consumer protections.

Changes, severability, and disputes

We may revise these Terms to reflect product, security, provider, or legal changes. The date above identifies the current version. If a provision is found unenforceable, it should be limited to the minimum extent necessary while the remaining provisions continue where legally possible. These Terms do not override mandatory rights available in your country or region.

If a concern arises, please contact us first with the page, tool, date, and a concise explanation. Applicable law and forum depend on the legally relevant operator, user location, mandatory consumer rules, and conflict-of-law principles; these Terms do not invent a jurisdiction or business address that has not been published.
