Include the tool name, browser and device, the visible error, source format, approximate file size, and steps that reproduce the issue. Do not email confidential source files unless you are authorized to share them. A small non-sensitive example is usually more useful.
Accessibility feedback
If a keyboard path, label, focus state, color contrast, touch target, or screen-reader announcement makes a tool difficult to use, please mention the exact page and control. Accessibility problems are functional problems and deserve specific reports.
