Terms and Conditions: Using Chanjify.com

These terms describe the use of Chanjify.com and the text and diagram tools available through this website. The service provides creative workspaces for generating character art, styled Unicode text, glitch lettering, and text-based diagrams. By using the website, you are responsible for the material you enter, the output you choose to keep, and the destinations where you copy, download, or share that output. Read these terms alongside the Privacy Policy and the explanations provided within each tool.

The current tools are available without creating an account or purchasing a subscription. Features, font collections, layouts, and supported formats may change as the website develops. The presence of a tool does not mean that it is suitable for every purpose or that every browser will handle its results identically. You should evaluate a result in its intended context before relying on it, particularly when the content is important to another person or system.

Acceptable Use of the Tools

Use the workspaces in a way that respects other people, their rights, and the systems where you intend to place the result. Do not use decorative or distorted text to impersonate another person, conceal harmful instructions, evade a service's rules, or harass someone. A creative transformation does not change your responsibility for the meaning or intended use of the material. The same principle applies whether the result is copied as characters, exported as an image, or distributed through a link.

Do not attempt to disrupt the website, interfere with another visitor's access, or use automated requests in a way that damages the service. Ordinary experimentation with the visible controls is the intended use. If you encounter a problem, avoid repeatedly submitting excessive input or using the issue to access resources that are not part of the public tool. A concise description of a reproducible issue is more useful than activity that makes the problem harder to diagnose.

Your Input and Generated Results

You retain responsibility for the words, labels, and other material you choose to enter. Only use content you are entitled to use, and do not assume that a generator grants rights in material obtained elsewhere. Chanjify does not require ownership of your original wording simply because you process it with a browser-based tool. At the same time, the use of third-party fonts, software, symbols, or other resources may involve notices or terms associated with those resources.

Third-Party Fonts and Software

The website includes software libraries and historical font data from external projects. Applicable notices are retained with the project and its public license resources. Individual font-header notes may contain additional information about a design or its author. Review the relevant resources when your intended use requires a particular understanding of permissions or attribution. These terms do not replace third-party notices, and the availability of a generator should not be treated as an independent guarantee about every possible use of its resources.

Check Compatibility Before Publishing

Copyable output depends on the receiving application's support for the relevant characters, whitespace, and formatting. ASCII diagrams and character-built lettering usually need a monospace presentation and preserved line breaks. Fancy and glitch text rely on Unicode characters that can be displayed differently, normalized, limited, or removed by another service. A preview in Chanjify is a useful starting point, but it does not establish how every external app or device will display the same result.

Code, Terminal, and HTML Exports

Some export options prepare material for a particular technical setting, such as a code comment, terminal, or HTML container. Review the output before placing it in a real source file, script, or webpage. Choose a comment format appropriate to the language and verify that the result stays within the intended comment. Do not execute or publish generated material without understanding the format. Technical convenience does not remove the need to check the surrounding document, application, or command environment.

Saving Projects and Browser Data

Favorites and the active diagram can be stored in the browser for convenience. Browser storage may be cleared, unavailable, limited, or associated with a different profile than the one you expect. It is not an account-based backup service. Export a diagram project before replacing work you want to keep, and save useful text or images separately. Chanjify cannot restore browser-only material after it has been removed if no independent copy or exported project remains available.

Downloaded files become part of your own device and storage workflow. You decide where to keep them, whether to back them up, and who receives them. An image preserves appearance differently from a text file, and an editable diagram project preserves information that a flattened image does not. Choose the formats that match your needs and retain the original wording when later editing may be important. A successful download is not a promise of long-term storage or recoverability.

Sharing and External Destinations

Shared generator URLs can contain the original text and settings needed to reproduce a result. Anyone who receives the link may be able to read that material. Do not use a share URL as a substitute for private access controls or a secure document-sharing system. The website does not provide a permission-management interface for those links. Consider the sensitivity of the content before placing it into a message, bookmark collection, screenshot, public post, or repository.

When you paste a result or open an external website, the destination's rules and behavior also apply. Another platform may restrict usernames, normalize Unicode, limit message length, or remove terminal color sequences. Chanjify does not control these choices. You are responsible for checking the requirements of the service you use next. The availability of a Copy button means that the browser can attempt to place a result on the clipboard; it does not guarantee acceptance by another application.

Service Availability and Practical Limits

The tools are provided as creative utilities and may contain mistakes, incomplete character coverage, or browser-dependent behavior. Historical fonts do not necessarily include every language, accent, emoji, or punctuation mark. Diagram exports simplify visual shapes into a character grid, and that process can lose detail or produce awkward intersections. Review the output and keep an alternative representation when precise communication matters. The service should not be treated as a replacement for specialist software where a task requires capabilities beyond the visible tool.

Availability can also depend on the hosting environment, network connection, browser permissions, and local device resources. Image copying may be unavailable even when plain-text copying works. A wide result may require scrolling, and large amounts of text can take longer to render. These are practical characteristics of browser-based workspaces. If a result fails, try a shorter input, a simpler style, or another supported export rather than assuming that every function can work in every environment.

Changes to These Terms

The website may revise these terms when features or operating arrangements change. Review the current page if you want to understand the conditions associated with a later version. Nothing here is intended to remove rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable rules. The current terms are dated 26 October 2026. If a dedicated support or legal contact is published on the website, use those details for relevant questions and avoid sending confidential content merely to describe a general tool issue.
