Privacy Policy: How Chanjify.com Handles Your Information

This policy describes the information involved when you use the Chanjify.com website and its current text and diagram tools. It explains browser-based processing, locally saved preferences, generated links, downloaded files, and the technical information that may be involved in serving a website. The descriptions refer to the features included in this version. If future features introduce accounts, analytics, advertising, remote storage, or other processing, this policy should be updated to describe those changes before they are used.

Chanjify's generators are designed to work without registration. You do not need to provide a name, email address, or payment information to use the main tools. The website does not include an account-creation flow, a payment form, a public submission gallery, or a newsletter signup in this version. Avoid entering confidential or sensitive information into a creative tool unless you understand the output and sharing choices you intend to use.

Text Processing in Your Browser

The ASCII Art, Glitch Text, Fancy Text, and Diagram tools perform their transformations within the browser. The font files and other resources needed by the tools are requested from the website. The text that you enter is used by the page to build the visible result; it is not intentionally submitted to a Chanjify text-processing API or stored in an account database. This local processing model allows you to experiment without creating an online text collection.

Some features retain information in the browser for convenience. The active diagram project is one example, and favorites are another. Those local storage behaviors are described separately below. Browser extensions, managed devices, clipboard applications, and other software outside Chanjify may have their own access to what you type or display. This policy describes the website's behavior and cannot describe every setting or program operating on the device you use to access it.

Browser Storage and Saved Preferences

The ASCII tool can save a list of favorite fonts in local storage. The Fancy Text tool can save a list of favorite styles. The Diagram tool can save its active project and project name so that the same browser can restore the work later. Local storage is associated with the website and the browser profile. It does not provide automatic synchronization across devices or a guaranteed backup of your choices.

Managing Locally Saved Data

You can remove saved preferences by changing the relevant selection in the tool or by clearing Chanjify's site data through your browser settings. The ASCII favorites interface includes a clear action with a confirmation step. Selecting a blank diagram replaces the current diagram workspace, so export a project first if you need to preserve it. Browser cleanup can remove local work and preferences. Keep independent copies of anything important before clearing site data.

The ASCII and Glitch tools can create URLs containing the text and settings needed to reproduce a result. The generator uses the URL fragment, the part following the hash symbol, for this state. Browsers normally do not include that fragment in the initial HTTP request for a page. However, the complete URL can still be visible in your address bar, browser history, bookmarks, messages, screenshots, or any place where you copy or share it.

A link is not private access control. Anyone with a working shared URL may be able to open the page and read the included message. Do not put secrets, passwords, personal records, or other confidential material into a share link. If you paste a link into another service, that service's handling of the message, previews, history, and access permissions is governed by its own policies. Review the destination before using a link to distribute a composition.

Clipboard Actions and Downloaded Files

Copy buttons ask the browser to place a generated result on the clipboard. Depending on the selected action and browser support, that result may be plain text, HTML, or an image. Clipboard access is subject to the browser's security rules. After copying, the material is available for you to paste elsewhere, and your device or other applications may maintain a clipboard history. Chanjify does not control those separate clipboard-management features.

Downloads create files on your device through the browser's usual download mechanism. These may include PNG images, text files, or editable diagram projects. The destination folder, subsequent backups, cloud synchronization, and sharing of those files depend on your device settings and the applications you use afterward. An exported diagram project can contain its labels and project name. Review exported material before sending it to another person or placing it in a public repository.

Website Requests and Technical Information

A browser must contact the hosting service to load pages, fonts, images, scripts, and styles. Those requests can involve technical information such as an IP address, requested resource, browser information, and timing. The eventual hosting provider may process operational or security logs according to its configuration and policies. This project does not establish a specific hosting-provider retention period, because that depends on the service selected for deployment and its settings.

The application does not deliberately log the body of your generator input or maintain a server-side library of your compositions. A technical request for a font file can indicate which resource was loaded without including the text being rendered with it. Operational data should be distinguished from the content you choose to place into a shared link, clipboard, or download. Those user-directed outputs can contain the original text or generated result even when the basic transformation occurs locally.

Cookies, Analytics, and External Resources

This version does not include an analytics tracker, advertising scripts, or a consent-management platform that loads marketing services. Interface text uses locally served Poppins font resources rather than requiring a separate Google Fonts request from the visitor's browser. The application's preference features use local storage rather than an account session. A future deployment that adds measurement tools, advertising, or other third-party scripts should review the resulting data flow and update the policy accordingly.

A link to another website takes you outside Chanjify's own pages and controls. The destination may use different storage, tracking, account, or content policies. Opening such a link does not make the destination's behavior part of Chanjify's local tool processing. Review the other site's privacy information if you plan to provide it with personal details, upload a file, create an account, or use another feature that involves additional data handling.

Choices, Questions, and Policy Updates

You can use the generators without saving favorites or sharing a result. You can keep ordinary text outside the tool, download a copy you control, and remove locally stored site data through the browser. If the website later publishes a dedicated privacy contact channel, requests should be directed through the details provided there. Do not send sensitive generator content merely to explain a general problem. A short, nonconfidential description is usually sufficient for understanding a tool issue.

This policy should be read alongside the Terms and Conditions and the explanations within each workspace. It describes the current implementation rather than promising that every browser, host, or external application handles information identically. Changes to processing features should be reflected here when introduced. The current policy is dated 26 October 2026, and visitors should review the page again if they want to understand the behavior of a later version of the website.
